The DIY album that started it all. This home recorded opus was written in a week by Damien DeRose on his first journey across the country. Most of which was spent listening to the Beatles and Elliott Smith on repeat and finding a musical starting point and identity all the while. Released nearly 6 years ago when Peasant, aka Damien DeRose, was only 19 years old, this album humbly stands , with all it's lo-fi intimacy, as reminder of what a talented young musician can achieve with a laptop, a car full of instruments, and a ton of desire. It's whispered raw folk pop unlike any other and it's now available for whatever price you name.
